Expressive Arts Therapist & Consultant

About me

As an expressive arts therapist, I aim to join those seeking companionship in their self-knowledge journey, working with them to make this deeply personal process inspiring.

WHERE I COME FROM

During the last few years, I’ve joined children, adults, and elders in their enlightening process of self-discovery. I have experience working with homeless and precariously housed adults with mental health and substance issues, refugee children struggling with settlement, elders with mobility limitations, women and gender diverse folks victims of abuse and violence, and individuals experiencing work-life anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

Coming from formal training in bioenergetic psychotherapy, movement, and yoga, I find personal growth work to be empowering. From a very young age, I experienced different cultures and places: my interest in humanity and my journey of self-discovery made me live in places as distant and close as the Andes, the shore of the Caribbean Sea, the Himalayan Mountains, and Toronto, where I have my practice today.

I welcome equally  the brave and the wounded and those who have been meaning to regain a part of themselves that sailed away. I see every day as an opportunity to start a healing journey.
